Traditional Tuscan beef sauce, pepped up with a good dose of sweet and hot peppers.Heat and serve over pasta, or use “Christmas-style” which is as a topping for toasted slices of bread, moistened with hot broth.

Ingredients:

Ground beef, RED WINE, extra virgin olive oil, onion, carrot, fresh garlic, salt, sweet paprika, chili, Profumo del Chianti, black pepper, spices.
